We had a round table discussion with the entire class about what everyone thought Good design and Bad design is to every individual.
Good design is equal to a simple design, efficient and basic products where function is preferred over form. It should be intuitive to use, and one should feel natural while using it for the first time. It should be accessible to all (color coding helps make products for people who can’t read). Additionally, it should be sustainable and not cause harm to the environment.
Bad design means adding overcomplexity which sacrifices performance for looks. It is hard for new users to get comfortable with. It can make it difficult for certain people to use (elderly, illiterate, disabled).

A community based app which is not held down by some corporate giant, information flows freely. good UI was fristb to implement dark mode before it was mainstream.

Always out of reach, difficult to identify which one is for what, can never memorize.
