We brought our storyboards and thumbnails to class today. We arranged them according to our narratives while the faculty went over them and removed frames from them.

We were given a brief about how we are going to progress further. The missing links in the story are to be filled with footage from online sites. We have complete liberty to edit the footage in any way we want to suit our pictures and the new narrative we come up with.

We were shown 2 royalty free video sites to use as resources for the footage and Soundcloud and Youtube studio are to be used for music.

Videos and music can provide the viewer with an intended experience. We went through the sites to look for the footage to suit our narrative.

I am thinking of including footage which shows movement, speed, transition from day to night, while the videos available might not directly have the said elements, we can edit them to our requirement and change colour palette and use our pictures accordingly. Since sound plays a major role, we have to figure out ways to create sounds which support our video and its pace. We have to submit a collection of videos and sounds we have collected for the first draft.
