We were introduced to the concept of abstraction for our project. Every student was supposed to pick one object (organic/inorganic) and depict it in an abstract form. we were to follow minimalisim and use lines and shapes to convey the genral visual idea of the onjects we picked while at the same time keeping some reminiscence of the object we chose. While it seems easy to describe it was tricky to reach the final drawing.
The faculty went through our grips, I was told to change one grip as it looked similar to another one.
